It all began in 2022, when a homemade salsa, fresh with roasted Hatch chile and family know-how, took top marks at the El Paso Chile Fest. Soon, our backyard batches became the talk of the neighborhood. Friends kept coming back, asking for just one more jar, and before long, we were setting up at local farmers markets, slinging bottles to folks who recognized the true borderland flavors in every drop. The wave of support grew until it was time for a bigger move, so we stepped up to a proper commercial kitchen in 2023, still keeping our focus on family tradition, real Southwest ingredients, and a love for the flavors that make El Paso special.
